Trekking is when one walks along a trail with the intention of sleeping along the way and continuing in the same direction the next day.

트레킹은 산길을 따라 걷다가 여정 중에 잠을 자고 다음 날 같은 방향으로 계속 걷는 것입니다.

 

Hiking, on the other hand, is generally thought of as a one or two-day walk in the woods or mountains.

반면에 하이킹은 일반적으로 숲이나 산을 하루나 이틀 드산하는 것으로 여겨집니다.
