• What are the pros and cons of remote video classes?
• 원격 화상 수업의 장점과 단점은 무엇인가요?

Some pros for remote video classes are that we can save time to prepare for the class, and also we feel comfortable at home.

However there is no friends studying together around, so it can make us feel lonely.

As for me, I feel more sleepy taking online classes.

 

원격 화상 수업의 장점은 우리가 수업을 준비하는 데에 시간을 절약할 수 있다는 것입니다.

그리고 우리는 집에서 편안함을 느낄 수 있죠.

하지만 곁에서 같이 공부하는 친구들이 없기 때문에 외로울 수 있습니다.

저의 경우에는 온라인 클래스를 수강할 때 더 졸리다고 느꼈습니다.

 

 

• How can a teacher effectively control students during an online class?
• 선생님들은 어떤 방법으로 온라인 수업에서 학생들을 효과적으로 다룰 수 있을까요?

Teachers should ask many questions to their students, so that they keep concentrating on the class.

Instead of just teaching alone, they can give enough time for students to do the project by themselves.

Also, teachers can check some homework during the class.

 

선생님들은 학생들이 수업에 계속해서 집중할 수 있게 학생들에게 많은 질문을 해야 합니다.

혼자서 그냥 가르치는 것 대신에 학생들 스스로 문제를 해결할 수 있게 충분한 시간을 주어야 합니다.

또한, 선생님들은 수업 시간에 숙제를 검사할 수 있습니다.

 

 

• Should parents be allowed to observe online classes? Why or why not?
• 학부모가 온라인 수업을 감독하도록 허락해도 될까요? 그 이유는 무엇인가요?

At first, parents can observe online classes, because for some young children, they are not used to using the tool.

However, as time goes by, it's better not to observe the class, I think.

With their parents, the students might depend on them too easily and it is not good for both teachers and students.

 

처음에는 학부모가 온라인 학습을 감독할 수 있다고 생각합니다.

어린 학생들의 경우 도구 사용법에 익숙하지 않으니까요.

하지만 시간이 지날수록 수업을 보지 않는 게 더 좋다고 생각합니다.

부모님과 함께라면 학생들이 그들의 부모님께 너무 쉽게 의지할는지도 모르고, 이것은 교사와 학생 모두에게 좋지 않습니다.
