Of all the modes of transportaion in Korea, buses are the most commonly used.
You only need one card to use all the different modes of transportaion.
Eco-friendly modes of transportation are becoming very important.

• miss one's bus   버스를 놓치다

This helps make sure that passengers don't miss their bus.
I was late to work because I missed my bus.
I missed my bus, but another one came shortly.

• tap one's card   카드를 읽히다

As you get on the bus, you tap your card to the card reader.
I tapped my card to the reader, but nothing happened.
If you use this function on your phone, you don't even have to tap your card.
