영화관에서 영화는 보고 싶은데, 북적이는 곳이 걱정인 요즘, 자동차 극장을 찾는 사람들이 많아졌습니다.

저는 차가 없어서... 아직 자동차 극장은 가보질 못했는데요, (ㅠㅠ)

들을 이야기를 조합해서 상상해보면, 사랑하는 연인과 함께 가면 최고의 데이트 장소가 될 수 있을 것 같아요.

왁자지껄한 친구들과 함께 가도 주변 눈치 안 보고 실컷 이야기하며 재밌게 보낼 수 있을 것 같구요.

언젠가 차 있는 친구와 함께 방문해 보고 싶은 자동차 극장...ㅎㅎ

1. What are the pros and cons of drive-in theaters compared to ordinary theaters?

 

Drive-in theaters can be a great idea when people are too worried about crowed places during the coronavirus outbreak.

They don't need to step out of their car and wear a mask either.

But the thing is that, the people like me who doesn't have a car... couldn't even visit there.

I am so curious about what it is like, but there is no chance for me to give it a try.

Also, the cars will take more places than people, which makes theaters to be much bigger than ordinary theaters.

 

 

2. Where is your favorite theater to watch a movie? Why do you prefer to go to that plaace?

 

I like '하계 CGV' the most!

하계 cgv is very close to 중계 cgv, which only takes less than 10 mins by walk.

중계 cgv is located in Homeplus and it has many restaurants around, so it is always very crowded.

On the hand, 하계 cgv is pretty peaceful and even bigger.

It dosen't have many movie goers, which means I sometimes have the whole theaters on my own.

There are a lot more comforable tables and chairs than other cgvs in Seoul.

When the coronavirus pandemic ends, I would like to visit there again and watch a movie!

 

3. Describe how you get movie tickets. Do you use a movie theater app?

 

Of course, I do.

I don't want to wait in a long line in the theater, so I normally buy movie tickets in advance.

I firstly open the cgv app and check the rank which movies are popular so far.

Next I read a little bit about reviews of the movies, trying not to get spoiled.

When a certain movie interest me, I book a ticket and go to the theather.

I should be there earlier than the movie stars, cause I need time to buy some popcorns!

These days, we can even order our food through a movie theater app.
