요즘엔 집집마다 비데 하나씩은 가지고 있는 것 같습니다.
처음엔 따뜻한 비데가 정말 신기하고, 비데 있는 집을 많이 부러워했던 기억이 납니다.
지금은 회사나 공공화장실에도 비데가 하나씩 설치되어 있는 것 같아요!

In many new apartments these days, bidets are installed as standard.
요즘 많은 신축 아파트의 경우, 기본 사양으로 비데가 설치되어 있다.

비데를 사용하 본 사람들은 극찬을 한다.

그 음식점이 워낙 마음에 들어서 극찬을 했다.

내 친구들이 전부 이 책을 극찬하고 있어.

3. nice and toasty 기분 좋게 따뜻한
Bidets have heated seats that are nice and toasty.
비데는 변기 의자가 따뜻해서 기분이 좋다.
It was nice and toasty inside, so I didn't want to go out.
실내가 따뜻하고 편해서 밖에 나가고 싶지 않았다.
I like this jacket because it's nice and toasty.
이 재킷은 따뜻해서 마음에 들어.

내 방은 서향이라서, 오후에 기분 좋게 따뜻해진다.
1. What are the benefits of bidets over toilet paper?
Most of all, there is no bothersome when using bidets except for pushing some buttons.
Even though there is no toilet paper in the restroom, you don't have to worry.
You can clean everywhere by using shooting water from inside and also, can dry it.
There is no need to have a toilet trash can either.
In my opinion, it feels like using bidets is much cleaner than using toilet paper.
무엇보다도 비데를 사용할 때, 버튼 몇개를 누르는 것 빼고는 귀찮은 일이 없습니다.
화장실에 휴지가 없다고하더라도 걱정할 필요가 없죠.
비데 안에서 나오는 물로 어느곳이든 씻어낼 수 있고, 말릴 수도 있으니까요.
그래서 화장실에 휴지통도 필요없게 됩니다.
제 생각에는 비데를 사용하는 것이 화장지를 사용하는 것보다 훨씬 청결한 것 같아요.
2. Why do you think bidets have become so common in Korea in recent years?
I think that's because Koreans don't really like being cold, even in the restroom.
Houses in Korea have ondol, which is Korean floor heating system.
Similar to ondol, they want to sit on some warm places.
Another opinion is that it takes longer time in the restroom with smartphones.
People don't simply finish their work while using their phone, even though they actually finish their job!
They might want to sit on the warm toilet..!
저는 그 이유가 한국인들이 화장실에서 조차도 추운 것을 좋아하지 않아서라고 생각합니다.
한국의 집들에는 온돌이 있습니다. 온돌은 한국의 바닥 난방 시스템이죠.
온돌과 비슷하게, 한국인들은 따뜻한 곳에 앉고 싶어 합니다.
다른 의견으로는, 스마트폰을 들고 화장실에 가면 더 많은 시간이 소요되기 때문입니다.
사람들은 실제로 일을 다 보았음에도 불구하고, 핸드폰을 만지면서 볼일을 마무리 짓지 않습니다.
그들이 따뜻한 변기 위에 앉고 싶어 하는지도 모르죠!
3. What are some other useful household appliances that you use?
As for me, an led desk lamp is very useful when it gets dark or just before going to bed.
Mine is LED lamp and has three different light modes, so I can change it by my mood.
I can also modulate its brightness as well, so I take it really useful when I want to read a book in the bed.
It is light and wireless, so that I can move it anywhere I want.
My favorite light mode is warm yellow which can be used as a mood light at night!
저는 탁상용 스탠드를 매우 유용하게 사용하고 있습니다. 어두워지거나 잠자리로 가기 전에요.
제 스탠드는 LED 램프이고, 세 가지 다른 불빛 모드가 있어요, 그래서 제 기분에 따라 바꿀 수 있습니다.
또 밝기의 정도도 조절할 수 있어서, 침대 속에서 책을 읽을 때 정말 유용해요.
스탠드가 가볍고 무선이어서 제가 원하는 어느 곳이든 옮길 수 있습니다.
제가 가장 좋아하는 빛은 따뜻한 노랑빛이에요, 밤에 무드등으로 쓸 수 있어요!
